NEGA LILU
A commentary on love and the search for fulfillment in our time, and on mediated affective relationships from a postmodern perspective, inspires the play Nega Lilu, based on the book "Sem Palavras" by Larissa Mundim and Valentina Prado. A literary fiction novel whose guiding thread is the processual conception of a short story, written collaboratively. Thus begins the involvement of Laura Passing and Brisa Marin (Nega and Lilu), in a fluid relationship that shifts and overflows, marked by the urgency and fragility of current encounters.
Created in 2011, the contemporary-style duo gets a new version in this revival by Nalini Dance Company, with Gabriela Leite and Isabel Mamede. In Nega Lilu, choreographer Valeska Vaishnavi proposes the materialization of emotional states that surround the brief romantic history of Nega and Lilu.
